OK so while LK and Rossy didn’t give a glowing review of Dax Shepherd’s chat with Prince Harry - they only gave it 2.5 stars. And there is a bit of criticism swirling around the internet about the podcast that we should have listened harder and not been so negative about the key message Harry was trying to get across. Being that mental health is important and we should talk about it and also help people. Put simply.

To be hon Ron - we love Harry and know that he is experiencing a pretty intense life moment ATM, having left the royal family - and all the free tiaras and Sandringham Estate beer - for his family and even he admits that it didn’t exactly go to plan. So for him to be able to chat about it so freely and be brave enough to share his own mental health struggle is pretty ‘Coolio Iglesias’ (... that’s a Gavin and Stacey ref FYI).
